I would like to have a phone # for him, also an address where we could send donations for him. I do not give over the internet, but want to send a check for his campaign.
It would be good on the internet to give an option of giving that way, or mailing it in…as I think many do not want to give over the internet by credit card… thanks. A conservative for OHIO who wants Kasich for Governor, and wants to get rid of Strickland!

Hello John I wish you all the best I know you will make a wonderful governor of Ohio I used to watch you on Fox News and I know you are fighting for a government that will stick to the Constitution good luck and God Bless you and much success.

John has a record as a fiscal conservative that the Republican Party needs to find again on the national level. Helping business thrive in your state is the path to prosperity. I will be casting my ballot for John Kasich for Governor of Ohio.

John, Too bad you aren’t running for President. You could fix both Ohio and America. You are the best one to come along since Jim Rhoads. I sure hope you are elected. John is one of the smartest men in politics. My vote goes to John Kasich for Governor.

Mr. Kasich,
My wife and I are going to be in Ohio the week of
September 7, 2009 and we would like to meet with you. We are from California and have followed your career. It’s our belief, you are the medicine this country needs. We would like to find out what we can do. We have limited means but want to help financially and in any other way we can.

I was so excited to see that you are running for governor of Ohio! I was disappointed that you had not run for president, but may this is the beginning! My prayers are with you!!!

Great news for Ohio I have been hoping for this for a couple of years. Put a mailing address on the web site for donations.

We need strong state govenors fighting for “states rights” against this Federal power grab. 50 like minded state govenors will have the greatest impact in putting a stop to an out of control Federal Government. The people need to reclaim the rights prohibited to the Federal Government in the 10th amendment. Happy Independence Day!

Best wishes from Westerville. I hope you are the difference we need in Ohio and beyond. Daily I ask my self what can I do to truely have an impact. One way is surely to support you.

Finally someone I can enthusiastically VOTE FOR. I’m tired of voting for the lessor of two evils.
You have my utmost support and I look forward to working with your campaign to ensure that everyone understands you are what Ohio, and our country needs.

Vote for John Kasich, Ohio! He will change things for the better. He’s a man you can trust and if I were back living in Ohio, I would back him 100%. He is going to bring back the way the Republican party used to be. He cares about small business, and the lower income, average income AND higher income people. C’mon people – be smart this time. We’ve got to get these bozo-brain Democrats out of office. Look what we’ve got running our country! We have a scary future if we don’t open our eyes. Vote for John Kasich!!!!! I love Ohio!!

John, I am so excited you are running for Governor! I actually worked for your short-lived Presidential Campaign back in 1996 while I was a freshman at Otterbein College. I believed in you and your politics then and I believe in them now. Not only are you what the great state of Ohio needs, I firmly believe you are what the United States of America needs as well. You have my, and my family’s, full support and I can’t wait to see you sworn in!

HI John,
My husband and I have been watching your career for many years. We are so happy that you are running for Gov of Ohio. (I personally want you to run for President) We live in Arizona but feel that there has been so much common sense and plain speak lost, and we are very nervous for our country. We only hope that you and people like you can get us back on track. Thank you for all that you do and we tell our friends and family about you all the time. We never miss a chance to see you. Good luck to you and let us know what we can do to help. Thank you and God Bless you,

Dear John,
As a former resident of Ohio living now in Arizona and returning in November, I am extremely concerned about the way Ohio has been run in the last thirty years. The state GOP has itself to blame for the current governor being in office.
Although my leanings are conservative, we have seen the erosion of the the conservative values in Ohio by both parties to the extent: Ohio has the third highest taxes; no job base; the worst school system in the country(along with one of the highest per pupil expenses); some of the worst roads and a bankrupt government. The politicians in Columbus sucked the rest of the State dry financially.
So it seems you have your work cut out for you. But there is no time for business as usual. I worked in construction–it’s gone. The steel mills–gone. The auto industry– soon to be gone.
I’d gladly back you if you can get the rest of the GOP on track and adhere to our Founders values.
Best of Luck and I’ll be with you.

John,
I am so glad you are running for Governor, I am concerned that Tim Geitner under the direction of Obama will be declaring a “Force Majeur” on our currency the end of August which will render everyone Destitute!
Comment by Anita Rymer — August 2, 2009 @ 12:18 pm
Dear John, I’ve read all the comments from those who are supporting you. I’ve been praying for a strong, conservative, Constitution person for the 2010 election to get us back on track for the 2012 election. Good, honest, ‘straight-speak’ is what is needed. May God guide you as you are in this race.

John,
I don’t know you personally but have watched you on Fox News and was a neighbor of friends of yours who always spoke highly of you. You appear to be the common-sense type of guy we need leading our state. You’ll have our backing – for sure!

John,
All of 2008 I worked tirelessly for the Obama Campaign, and the 2006 Campaign for Ted Strickland. Although it may seem I am a Democrat, the truth is, I am 100% Independent and go for who I feel who will lead us in the wrong direction. I like President Obama, and glad he is our President at this point, but WE NEED REAL CHANGE IN OHIO. My Vote, and work in Coshocton County will be for our next Governor John Kasich! I pledge to work just as hard for you as I did for Strickland, and am VERY excited about it! Thank You!
Comment by Toby Aber — August 20, 2009 @ 9:22 pm
John,
My entire family is exited that you are running for Governor against the Socialist Strickland. Please tell us, have you read the book entitled “The 5000 Year Leap” and do you believe that as Governor, you could bring success and prosperity back to the State of Ohio by getting us back to using the principles that the Founding Father of the Constitution used? Also, what is your position on Second Amendment Rights? Will you protect our Second Amendment rights like Governor Strickland has?

I received a call from the Campaign today and will be happy to donate. As a citizen who is not a Republican, I can say that I have profound respect for John Kasich and truly believe that he would provide principled, thoughtful, accountable leadership!
